Yes! Same-day and after-hours appointments are available by request and subject to availability. A convenience fee may apply.
❓ What’s the difference between a general notary and a loan signing?
A general notary covers everyday documents (e.g., wills, POAs), while a loan signing involves full real estate closing packages with detailed walkthroughs, often for title or escrow companies.

Yes. We offer apostille services to certify documents for use outside the U.S. This includes birth certificates, school records, legal contracts, and more.
❓ Do you provide witnesses if needed?
Yes. Witnesses can be provided for an additional fee. Be sure to request this when booking so we can arrange in advance.
❓ What type of identification do I need?
To complete a notarization, you must present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
